New Service Area Portals – Jordanelle Ridge Master Association
Beginning on 1/1/2026 all Service Area Assessments will be billed through a separate Service Area Portal in Smartwebs. Service Area Owners will be required to register for this separate Service Area Portal and link it to their existing Jordanelle Ridge Portal by 1/1/2026 to access their Service Area account and pay Service Area Assessments online. All Master HOA Assessments will continue to be billed through your main Jordanelle Ridge Portal.
Once the Service Area Portal is registered and linked to the Jordanelle Ridge Portal, Owners will be able to switch easily between both accounts. Please note that because the Service Area Assessments will be billed on a separate account, you will be required to make a separate payment – there is no way to combine the two accounts. The new Service Area Portal has the same features as the Jordanelle Ridge Portal, including Auto Pay.
Please also note that if you already have an Auto Pay set up on your Master Portal to pay your Master HOA Assessments, you will need to log into the Master HOA portal and edit the Auto Pay Amount to reflect the 2026 Assessment changes.
If you pay your assessments by check, whether manually or through a bill pay service, you will need to make out separate checks for your Master HOA Assessments and for your Service Area Assessments. Please address and send checks directly to the HOA’s bank lockbox as follows:
