For your information, the Community has posted the following 2023 Snow Removal Map, see below. Snow removal in the community is a collaborative effort between the City and the HOA. The City is responsible for clearing the public streets and the HOA is responsible for clearing the private streets and walkways within the Community.
Public Streets
The City will clear the main streets into the Community including Coyote Canyon Pkwy and a portion of Valley Hills Blvd.
Private Streets
The HOA will clear the private streets within the Community including Wildwood Ln, Canal View Ln, and Meadowside Wy. The HOA will clear new streets that are constructed to give access to any construction areas within the Community. The HOA will also clear a portion of Fitzgerald Rd and Valley Hills Blvd.
Private Walks
The HOA will also clear the main private common walkways around residential buildings. This does not include individual walkways, patios, or driveways.
The cost of snow removal on common private streets within the Community is paid for through the Common Roads Assessment. The cost of snow removal on common walkways is paid for through the Common Master Assessment. If the Common Walkways are part of a Service Area, the respective Service Area Assessment pays for the snow removal in those areas.
