Montreux at Jordanelle Ridge by DR Horton
Montreux is a residential neighborhood within the Jordanelle Ridge Master Community built by DR Horton. The Montreux neighborhood comprises single-family homes and townhomes. All Montreux homes are members of the Jordanelle Ridge Master Association. Members of the Jordanelle Ridge Master Association have access to parks, trails, and open space that the Jordanelle Ridge Master Association maintains. The Montreux townhomes will have a separate Neighborhood Association in addition to the Jordanelle Ridge Master Association.
