The Jordanelle Ridge Master Association Common Areas include the following private roads, landscaped and native open space, paved and unpaved trails, and parks shown in the map below. Common areas which are deemed to be exclusive to a particular neighborhood are incorporated into their corresponding Service Areas. Recurring HOA assessments cover the cost to maintain and replace these common areas over time.
