Subject: Important Parking Guidelines for Jordanelle Ridge Community
Dear Homeowners,
We hope this message finds you well. During our recent walkthrough of the residential areas within our community, we have noticed a number of parking-related violations. In an effort to maintain a harmonious and organized parking environment, we would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the parking restrictions outlined in the CC&Rs and encourage full cooperation moving forward.
To help foster a clearer understanding of these restrictions, please note the following key sections:
- Section 4.03(b): Grants the Association the authority to designate parking and no-parking areas, as well as enforce parking regulations.
- Section 7.11: Prohibits parking of certain vehicle types, including semi-trailers, mobile homes, tractors, tractor-trailers, storage pods, work trucks, and vehicles larger than one ton. Additionally, abandoned vehicles or those under repair should not be visible in the community. Tools or other items must also be properly stored when not in use.
- Section 7.20: Requires that parking be confined to garages, driveways, or areas specifically designated by the HOA.
- Section 7.22: Restricts the parking of RVs, boats, and trailers to designated, screened areas.
As a result of these restrictions, the HOA has determined that on-street parking within the community’s private streets is not allowed, except for temporary situations such as loading/unloading, deliveries, or service vehicles. Please be reminded that the parking spaces are primarily designated for residents’ vehicles and their guests. Parking of trailers, boats, RVs, and large work trucks within the community is prohibited.
For the open parking spaces surrounding the townhomes, these are intended for guest parking only. While these spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis, we kindly ask that residents and their guests prioritize the use of garages and driveways before utilizing these spaces as a courtesy to others.
If you currently have a trailer, large work truck, or other non-compliant vehicles parked in the community, we respectfully ask that you remove them or relocate them to an enclosed garage as soon as possible. Moving forward, the HOA will continue to monitor parking practices closely.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your ongoing cooperation. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the integrity of our community.
Best regards,
HOA Management Team
