Service Area 3

Service Area 3 is a single-family home neighborhood located within the Jordanelle Ridge Master Community. All of the Pure Haven custom homes Wildflower Cir and Grouse Ridge Cir as well as the custom homes on Coyote View Cir in Jordanelle Ridge are assigned to Service Area 3 by way of the Service Area 3 Supplemental Declaration. The purpose of the Service Area is to provide for the administration and maintenance of the Pure Haven custom home area under the umbrella of the Master Association without the need for a separate Sub-Association. Service Area 3 comprises the private entries and roads that service the Pure Haven custom homes. This area is more specifically identified on the Service Area 3 Map. The Service Area 3 Assessment covers the maintenance and operation of the private entry gates, snow removal and maintenance of the private streets, and maintenance of the entry landscaping.
