Service Area 2 – Deep Creek Townhomes by Pulte Homes

Service Area 2, a.k.a Deep Creek Townhomes by Pulte Homes, is a townhome neighborhood located within the Jordanelle Ridge Master Community. All of the Pulte Townhome units off Valley Hills Blvd and Fitzgeral Rd in Jordanelle Ridge, also know as the Deep Creek subdivision, are assigned to Service Area 2 by way of the Service Area 2 Supplemental Declaration. The purpose of the Service Area is to provide for the administration and maintenance of the townhome area under the umbrella of the Master Association without the need for a separate Sub-Association. Service Area 2 comprises the common area landscaping and walkways surrounding the Pulte Townhome buildings as well as the townhome exteriors. This area is more specifically identified on the Service Area 2 Map. The Service Area 2 Assessment covers townhome property insurance, day-to-day maintenance of the common area landscaping, walkways, and building exteriors, long-term painting and caulking of the townhome exteriors, and long-term replacement of the townhome roofs, driveways, and walkways.
