Service Area 1

Service Area 1 is a townhome neighborhood located within the Jordanelle Ridge Master Community. All of the Lennar Townhome units on Canal View Ln and Wildwood Ln in Jordanelle Ridge are assigned to Service Area 1 by way of the Service Area 1 Supplemental Declaration. The purpose of the Service Area is to provide for the administration and maintenance of the townhome area under the umbrella of the Master Association without the need for a separate Sub-Association. Service Area 1 comprises the common area landscaping and walkways surrounding the Lennar Townhome buildings. This area is more specifically identified on the Service Area 1 Map. The Service Area 1 Assessment covers townhome property insurance, day-to-day maintenance of the common area landscaping and walkways, long-term painting and caulking of the townhome exteriors, and long-term replacement of the townhome roofs, driveways, and walkways.
