Welcome to Spring in Jordanelle Ridge!
Dear Residents,
As the flowers bloom and the temperatures rise, it’s time to embrace the vibrant energy of spring in our community. Here’s what’s happening in Herriman Towne Center this season:
1. Updated Design Guidelines: Some important updates to the Community Design Guidelines have been made after careful consideration from the Jordanelle Ridge Design Review Committee. The changes focus on site layout, landscaping, and fencing, among other things. The revised guidelines aim to ensure consistency, harmony, and quality in the appearance of our community while allowing for individual expression. The HOA will publish a more in-depth post regarding these changes on its website www.jrmhoa.com along with a copy of the updated design guidelines document.
2. Implementation of Community Standards: As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the beauty and integrity of the community, the HOA will perform routine drive-throughs of the neighborhoods to ensure that properties are in compliance with community guidelines and regulations. This includes aspects such as landscaping, exterior maintenance, and any other specified requirements outlined in our HOA documents. We kindly ask that you take this opportunity to review your property and address any potential issues or concerns that may arise. If you have any questions about specific guidelines or need assistance with maintenance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our HOA office. We’re here to help! Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, as it contributes to the overall well-being and aesthetics of our community.
3. Tips & Reminders: By following these tips and reminders, you can help ensure a smooth and successful HOA inspection process while contributing to the overall beauty and harmony of your community.
- Periodically review community guidelines on the HOA’s website and contact HOA management if you have any questions.
- Maintain landscaping by watering, mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding regularly.
- Regularly inspect and repair/maintain building exteriors, fences, and landscape structures.
- Store trash cans in the garage or on the side yard screened from view.
- When not in use, other items such as outdoor grills, tools, materials, toys, and recreation equipment should be picked up and stored properly so they are covered or screened from view.
- RV’s, trailers, and boats should be stored in an enclosed garage or offsite, but not on the street or in driveways or parking spaces within the community.
- Keep an eye on and pick up after pets within the community (excessive barking and dog poop are not tolerated).
We hope you’re as excited about spring as we are! If you have any questions or suggestions for how we can continue to improve our community, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the HOA board.
Wishing you a joyful and rejuvenating spring season!
Warm regards,
Jordanelle Ridge Master Association
